Uh, what? It's not possible to determine the gameplay just by looking at screenshots of the map. The map looks very nice, and the rooms aren't SQUARISH.
Nice shots. You really know how to use your slopes and keep the traditional feel with the original textures. Nice work yet again...i definately am looking forward to this project :)

@dethtoll - We are just 6 persons actively working on KDiZD and two of them concentrate on sprites!
What percent of KDIZD is done? 65%, 70%, 94%?
This is not KDIZD. At least say something about my map if youre going to ask about it here :(. Anyway. I might be able to work on KDIZD, but I dont think I would be able to do a whole lot.

@hobo - Well, we need a fulltime mapper that is really interested in helping us with finishing the project. Not again a person that works for one week and then quits the team!

If you're having inspiration problems, have you considered looking for a co-author?
nightmare - I've been thinking about it since you've said that. It could be great, or it could be really bad. With conflicts of interest, and who does what. Just seems like it turn into a mess if you know what I mean?
I'm amazed that you actually got ZDoom's horrible portals to work at all.

That mountains for your skybox suck, because the "foggy background" mountain is too bright. Try something else, maybe mountains from Hexen?!
I wanted to use the E1 mountians though :(. Is this better?

I could darken them more if they still suck.
Try darkening the mountains and raising contrast. That should remove the foggy feeling. Than it will fit :)
alternately, if you had the time and felt like making a few extra mountains, brighten one side and darken the other, with the bright side pointing in the direction of the large planet, then, with the mountains closest to the planet side of the sky, make them dark- and on the opposite end of the skybox, make 'em bright- this will give the impression that the large planet is reflecting light onto the side of the mountain.
dunno if that's doable or not, though.
@hobo - Yes, thats better! Now add stars to the rest of the skytexture and it is perfect :)

E1M1 was hella useless. :P
But E1M2 and E1M3 were awesome, great detail, cool use of ACS, only little flaw was ammo - I ran out of ammo a few times. Other than that, a great couple of maps.
Hobomaster you are an great mapper damn sexy map.
I'm stucked in first level, after killing the Baron of Hell, in the flickering light area. Architecture is impressive!
That's where I got stuck too I had to clip out of there is there a way out of that room without cheating
I did exactly the same. I am wondering how Hobomaster22 have created the fan.
I was talking to hobomaster22 and he said that the problem is that in easier difficult levels there is to be a imp in that room,so the script will work fine.
I love the red smoke effect when you try to open the broken door.

Wow, past amazing man. I especialy like the part were the wall blows up. How much time did you spend on this? btw, i had to edit it for it to work on my pc, i had to take out the airsupply def. out of the mapinfo becuase for some reason it doesn't work with my zdoom. otherthan that, kickass man.
