Description:

-- DISCONTINUED --
Due to lost files, this WAD is no longer worked on. Something similar might pop up some day, though.

Crusader: Jewel Case is my little RPG Doom mod, set somewhere in the future.
Changes include: No medkits, weapons lying around etc. The player gets everything (not including ammo and other secrets) by leveling. Each monster killed provides experience points to the player. This shouldn't be too hard to cope with for most gamers. Also, a score system will be implemented. I guess this will increase replay value...

Edit: I've abandoned the WH40k style. I found out that 1)It could seem nasty to some who are working on another WH40k mod, and 2)I don't want to make too much work out of it. I never explicitly said that I was going to do so, and I'm planning a christmas release.

Edit #2: New shots, new chaingun :D

I recieved an IM from a friend saying, "hey bro, I think we got jacked" and a link to this and I see a project containing everything that was going to be in the Warhammer 40,000 project I was working on. My friend also said, "not to mention Im thinking they jacked BOTH of our codes, your exp script and my location script." Now I'm not saying this is true BUT I find it very odd that all of this is what I was doing... I mean come on, EVERYTHING in the description is what I had all planed out last month... I am very upset over this

Wasted Youth: Now, I'm sorry for upsetting you, but (as I've already written on the zdoom.org forums) the only thing I took from you (though I forgot to ask) is the exp/lev system. The project started quite a while ago (say a year and a half). It's only now that it's beginning to take shape. If you want me to get rid of your original script, tell me, and I'll solve it myself.
btw: Proper credit was supposed to be given, ofc.
The location script and everything else is my own creation.
Please, let's not rush into things. I'm very open to suggestions.

others: Thanks :)

If you Really want to use the exp code that I wrote then I will let you as long as It says that it was by me. I have a newer and better version of it if you want. I will contact you for further discussion over MSN Messneger.

Dang. Why don't You people (several who are working on different W40K mods) colide it into one breath-taking mod? :/

jallamann writes:(new) 08.12.2004, 22:47 GMT+1

Wasted Youth: Actually, I've already written a new system, but I'll include you in the credits anyway :)

Nmn: I feel I should drop the WH40k thing. It'll be too much work for me right now. Read the edited description :)
It'd be sweet to make a community-shattering mod, but I don't have the time now (midterms etc.) :(

Very badarsed chaingun. Mouse is the queen of Zdoom and graphics :)

That is one awesome chaingun. Will you be changing the other guns as well?
