Looks good, but maybe you should add some height variation to shot 3. Is that a skybox in shot 2?

Great, nothing more to say.

No offense but I seriously don't like the plot to defeat Jesus.

Without evil there can be no good, and therefore, once satan was defeated Jesus became corrupt. He became a soulless messiah without a cause, as his once great virtues turned to wealth and power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. He split into two Jesuses, a good one and a bad one. The bad one captured the good one and forced him into the jail of evil. Balance must now be restored to the force. It's all up to Captain Mancubus to be the fulcrum of good hope. He must save the good Jesus.

Nmn writes:(new) 23.05.2004, 16:40 GMT+1

It's really just me, but myself wouldn't include Jesus, or parts of any religion in storylines. The Storyline of You wad will probably spawn controversional comments, some people will hate it, some will like the originality.
My advice: Instead of Jesus maybe add a "allmight ruler of universe (insert cool name here)" or something, that hasn't got any connections with our world's faiths.

zarkyb writes:(new) 24.05.2004, 13:10 GMT+1

Nmn: I don't think it's meant to be 100% serious... if people can't take a joke then screw em :P

Use3d writes:(new) 26.05.2004, 06:36 GMT+1

More levels in this one please! I'm glad you're making a sequel.

TomD666 writes:(new) 28.05.2004, 21:12 GMT+1

This. Will. Be. BRILLIANT.

zombiekiller81 writes:(new) 15.06.2004, 03:16 GMT+1

This looks kewl I recently tried to replay Captain Mancubus the first one and every time I get to an area with an arachnotron the game closes and gives me an error msg why does it do that I've got the latest version of Zdoom and I think instead of fixing problems its created a new one I'm wondering is this a bug that the creator of Zdoom isn't aware of or am I doing something wrong. Thanks for the help I'd appreciate it

DOOM Anomaly writes:(new) 19.06.2004, 09:23 GMT+1

Capatin Mancubus! :D Yes! I've been busing about for some more Capti-Man action. :D First one rocked like a canyon. :D Woah, it has nearly been 2 years, that's crazy. :D Can't wait for the Second. :D Go-Go buffalo. :D

Epyo writes:(new) 22.06.2004, 02:28 GMT+1

Indeed the arachnotron rooms of "Dark Heart" in Captain Mancubus 1 are broken in newer versions of Zdoom. It works on some computers, some not. I'm hoping future versions of Zdoom will fix the problem :)

Scuba Steve writes:(new) 24.06.2004, 09:38 GMT+1

omg use my mancubus arms! Oh, or force me to draw things like Cyberdemon arms and revenant Armor with twin firing rockets.

Epyo writes:(new) 02.07.2004, 05:12 GMT+1

dude man all I want is a dual railgun =d

*I bet it's Cybie!*

Kristus writes:(new) 25.10.2005, 16:04 GMT+1

If you're going to rotate the rocketlauncher hud gfx, atleast change the colors to RGB first.

patrick writes:(new) 25.10.2005, 22:34 GMT+1

Please add new enemies eypso.

Epyo writes:(new) 25.10.2005, 23:03 GMT+1

Hummm, on my computer all the thumbnails look the same as they did before, but the biggie-size pictures are the new ones. But my god, I am pretty sure that pansy peak is the best doom level of all time.

I've got more than one enemy in the works, one especially ironic because in a way it was my personal enemy in completing this wad and returning to doom.

Oh and Jesus I hope to create as a custom enemy as well.

NiGHTMARE writes:(new) 26.10.2005, 00:30 GMT+1

How come you're not using Scuba Steve's kick arse Mancubus Arm (http://www.doomworld.com/gbd2/weapons/weapons/mancubus.htm) for the new weapon's graphics? :)

Nmn writes:(new) 15.02.2006, 22:05 GMT+1

The use of floating midtexes in shots 2 and 3 is rather.. disturbing. But innovative nevertheless. Looking forward.

Ixnatifual writes:(new) 11.07.2006, 19:08 GMT+1

Looks nice, I like the first screenshot best :)

Doomdude90 writes:(new) 17.07.2006, 06:14 GMT+1

Scuba Steve writes:(new) 23.07.2006, 21:05 GMT+1

Dude!

Nmn writes:(new) 24.07.2006, 02:13 GMT+1

The level design seems bizzare. What the hell are those floating nukedge n-gons, or those solitaire doors in the 3rd shot? Crazy.. but good.

Dutch Devil writes:(new) 24.07.2006, 04:14 GMT+1

Hehehehe looks like where going to kill Jezus this time, great shots Epyo looking forward to it.

Dutch Devil writes:(new) 07.01.2007, 15:33 GMT+1

I hope WoW: Burning Crusade is sold out completely where you live, gives you more time to work on this project :p
Looking sweet.

Epyo writes:(new) 07.01.2007, 17:40 GMT+1

=] actually I preordered. However, there are three people in my house that will be playing the expansion, so when the other two are on, I can work on this wad on the laptop! =D
